The GaREIA Institute of Education's Real Estate Agent Curriculum announces its Summer 2007 schedule of classes for the agent and investor. The GaREIA Institute of Education has been approved as school to provide continuing education (CE) credits by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Understanding Real Estate Investing for Beginners
Learn how to become a real estate investor and what the keys are to making it work. This class is for the beginner or returning real estate investor.

The purpose of this class is to introduce you to the different aspects of real estate investing, what to learn first, what the value is of an education, and much more!

Classes are held various Saturdays every month at 12 p.m., following the Member Benefits Orientation. Upcoming dates for Understanding Real Estate Investing for Beginners are January 6 and 20; February 3 and 17; March 3 and 24; April 14; May 5 and 19; June 2 and 16; July 7; August 4 and 18; September 8 and 22; October 6; November 6 and 17; and December 1, 2007.

In the August 2006 issue of RE Magazine, writer RE Thorn profiled the GaREIA Institute of Education's Real Estate Agent CE Curriculum in her article With a new curriculum specifically for real estate agents, GaREIA is creating a win-win scenario for agents and investors.
